All sales are final and refunds are generally not provided unless otherwise approved in writing with the exception of the cases outlined in our return policy below.
Inspection Period
We offer a 24 hour inspection period starting from the time that the item is received by the customer. Customers have a right to request a return and refund only if the item was materially misrepresented OR if undisclosed material damage (outside of normal wear from packing and shipping) is found and properly documented during the unboxing process by the customer.
To be eligible for a return: your item must meet the criteria above, be in the exact same condition that it was received (unused after unboxing) with all applicable tags, accessories and original packaging. Impossible Watches must be notified within the inspection period of any intent to return for the issues stated above.
Returns must be approved by Impossible Watches to ensure the integrity of our policy. We reserve the right to deny returns if we believe the request is not made in good faith or if we reasonably believe the return does not meet the criteria outlined above.
Return Process Notification
To start a return, contact us via email at sales@impossible-watches.com within the inspection period with a description of the issue, pictures / videos that clearly showcase the relevant problems, and proof of purchase. We will work to approve your return within 1 business day and contact you if we need more information.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first obtaining approval will not be accepted.

Damage and Defects
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if you believe the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue urgently.
Failure to inspect your item within the initial inspection period may result in a denied return or a restocking fee at our discretion.
Any damage should be immediately recorded via pictures and video and sent to us via email. Failure to report damage to the item immediately may result in a denied return or a restocking fee at our discretion.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges unless discussed and agreed by us in writing via email.
Refund Process
When your item has been returned, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, followed by final confirmation your return has been approved based on the process outlined above.
When approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If we need information on how to process your refund, we will request the appropriate and necessary information.
If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@impossible-watches.com.
Other Exceptions
We do not offer returns or refunds because a customer changed their mind after the item has been paid for. Please ensure you want to purchase the item before doing so.
If you wish to return your item without meeting the criteria outlined above in this policy or outside of the return window, we may approve this on a case by case basis with a restocking fee at our discretion which could exceed 10% of the item's value.
